Who We Are
Malibu West is led by creative partners and husband-and-wife team Ishaan and Ali Reyna. Founded in 2018, it is a full-service media agency specializing in blending cinematic quality with strategic storytelling. With roots in Los Angeles and Scottsdale and with clients nationwide and international, the agency helps brands stand out as industry leaders.
The Malibu West team specializes in brand development, media production, web design, and digital marketing for both up-and-coming and established businesses looking for a refreshed look or their next level of growth. From concept to campaign, every project is driven by a commitment to authenticity and excellence — making each piece of work both powerful and personal.
About the Owners
Ishaan began his career as a musician and actor in Los Angeles, where he quickly learned the importance of marketing. That realization sparked a passion for helping others bring their ideas to life.
He has since branded and supported more than 50 companies and individuals and has incubated multiple businesses at Harvard Business School's Innovation Lab while studying International Relations at Harvard University.
Ishaan's work is grounded in a deep appreciation for service, something that continues to shape Malibu West’s collaborations with government and peace-making organizations.
At the same time, Ali was working alongside industry leaders Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi to help tens of thousands of entrepreneurs launch and scale online businesses. She has been the face of many of their trainings and behind the scenes of multi-million-dollar launches and memberships. Her expertise in organic marketing, product creation, and client experience continues to shape their shared work today.
Together, Ishaan and Ali bring a rare blend of creative direction and business strategy. They lead Malibu West with the belief that every brand has a story worth telling and that meaningful work starts with human connection.
